These terms govern the supply of diagnostics services by Futureperks in Australia (ABN 56 123 456 789). Please read carefully; they set out your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our liability limits and how to make complaints.

1. Terms of service
By engaging Futureperks you accept these Terms. We provide diagnostics, reporting and recommendations; we do not perform repairs unless separately agreed. Quotations are estimates based on information available; final scope and charges are confirmed before work proceeds.
- Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Quotes exclude parts and repairs unless stated.
- Clients must ensure vehicles are accessible and safe to inspect.
2. Consumer guarantees & refunds (ACL)
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010) remain in force. For services, we guarantee they will be supplied with due care and skill and be fit for purpose.
Key ACL points
- If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, you may be entitled to re-performance or a refund.
- Non-excludable guarantees cannot be limited by contract.
- Faulty or misleading representations regarding diagnostics will be addressed promptly.

3. Limitation of liability & indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the diagnostic service supplied.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including loss of business or profits.
- You indemnify Futureperks for third-party claims arising from misuse of diagnostic reports or repair actions not performed by our technicians.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under non-excludable provisions of the ACL.
4. Privacy, data handling & cookies
We collect personal information necessary to provide diagnostics (name, contact, vehicle details, location). Our detailed practices are in Privacy Policy.
- We retain diagnostic reports and contact records for service, warranty and compliance reasons.
- Requests to access or correct personal data should be made via Contacts.
- Cookies are used for analytics and site performance; you can control these via the cookie banner.
5. Dispute resolution & governing law
We aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint:
- Contact our support at Contacts with full details and evidence.
- If unresolved within 14 days, escalate to our management for review.
- Where remaining unresolved, you may seek assistance from local consumer protection (e.g. Consumer Affairs Victoria) or the ACCC.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
6. Intellectual property, notices & contact for legal matters
All content on this site, including reports and branding, is owned or licensed by Futureperks. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
